Pet Portrait Class
Ever want to do a portrait of your pet?
This class is focused on capturing the character of you pet in a painting or drawing. Students are welcome to work in any art media they wish to use, the classroom is carpeted so please no oil paint, but anything else is fine. I suggest using acrylic for most pets it dries quickly and is the easiest paint to show texture. In the past I have used acrylic, watercolor, pastel and pencil for pet portraits with great success.
4-week two hour class - $79.00
No supply fee: Students need to bring in art materials for the project as well as a photograph of the pet. Please register in advance for advice and tips on photographing your pet.
